Bloodbourne Pathogen Training
This training course teaches participants ways to recognize, control and effectively deal with Bloodbourne Pathogens in their daily lives, whether at home or in the workplace.
This training will also assist companies in making sure that their workers are trained and competent to deal with Bloodbourne Pathogens. This in turn, will help to limit and prevent occupational exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials that could result in the transmission of Bloodbourne Pathogens causing disease or death.
Participants will gain an understanding of how to reduce the risk of accidental exposure, which results from a lack of knowledge of proper procedures and policies for the handling of Bloodbourne Pathogens. This course will also assist management in developing an exposure control plan for their company.
