  • Once the plan is approved we begin work immediately removing all traces of the drugs by saturating all surfaces with a drug neutralizing solution. Personal property and items that are not able to be salvaged are neutralized, bagged, and removed.
  • Unlike other competitors, we have several Ion Scanners that detects “trace” amounts of illicit drugs so we are able to test onsite to ensure all trace amounts have been removed and we have a third-party industrial hygienist that upon request can verify our results with their own testing.
  • Once the testing is complete and the home is safe once again we will issue you a complete property analysis report and certificate upon completion of remediation.
